Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall....I love fishing with Steven Paul. Love fishing with this guy. A typical day out for us is always a great time. The love of fishing he has, the knowledge and experiences and stories he's got are amazing. Musky fishing can be a real grind but it's never a problem when you have Steven, and his antics, and humor on board. Even with our unique oddities and "well this never happens" adventures it's always been awesome. Highly recommend and I can't wait to go again

I have been fishing for Muskies for 15 years. I have fished with several other guides who were good, but not nearly as good and knowledgeable as Stephen. I would strongly recommend anybody to book a trip and fish with him. You will start with conversation while fishing and as he figures out your ability he will give you a wealth of knowledge like no other. I even brought in maps of my home water that I fish regularly and had him give me his insight on that. I would have been completely satisfied with The conversations and the knowledge that I learned on our trip if we never caught or saw a single fish. We had a very successful trip even though the weather did not cooperate the best. Steven is a top-of-the-line fisherman and a great guy on top of that. After spending two days with him I would jump on the boat with him any day of the week, and if I could I would make this a 10 star rating.

When it comes to Muskie fishing guides, Steve is in a class all his own. Hands down one of the most knowledgeable and successful Muskie fishermen in North America, yet neither rookies nor veterans will ever feel ‘out of place’ in Steve’s boat. Muskie fishing offers no guarantees, but a day on the water with him will undoubtedly provide one of the best chances one can possibly have at boating a fish of a lifetime. What is guaranteed is that you WILL have fun. You WILL laugh. You WILL be fishing amongst some of the most gorgeous scenery any Muskie water can provide anywhere. And most importantly, you WILL learn how to become a better Muskie fisherman once you step into his boat - beginners to the sport will walk away with more knowledge than an entire year of fishing alone would provide, & even the most die hard of anglers will learn things they never would have otherwise. To sum it up best... my first trip with Steve unfortunately coincided with 2 long days of BRUTAL hot & dead cal...
